These handcarved lotus blossoms represent the Buddha and were used to decorate Buddhist altars. The lotus flowers are carved in the different stages of enlightenment and evoke many qualities of a Buddha – beauty, compassion, and contemplation, to name a few.
The flower stems are attached to matching steel posts. The stems can be turned to customize the display.
The blossoms were originally used in a wall sconce and are repurposed for tabletop use. Some restoration.
