Hosseinabad (Hussainabad) rugs originate from west central Iran, from villages south of the city of Hamadan. Hosseinabad produces some of the better quality village rugs from the region, most of which are very long runners. They are extremely durable largely because of the quality of wool used, which is from sheep living in higher altitudes and cooler temperatures. The local artisans weave very high-quality rugs primarily using the Turkish knot with an average KPSI of 82.

Domestic shipping included. International shipping quoted separately.
